The correct size will be the ring that is the smallest you can comfortably get on and off. Wider rings have more surface area and therefore more friction and will need to be slightly larger for a comfortable fit. We do have a sizing strip that we can send you, or you can either try on rings of known size or go to a jeweler and get your size from his/her finger gauge. American and Canadian number sizes are given in our literature. We can convert to other scales, millimeter or decimals of an inch measurement. Ireland, U. K., Australia and some other countries use a letter scale that we can convert to as well.

How long do orders take?

Most orders are shipped right away. 14K yellow gold, 14K white gold and silver rings are usually in stock. 18K or colored golds usually take less than 3 weeks. Platinum can take 4weeks. Goods that we get from suppliers in Scotland or Ireland are usually in stock, but can take a while if they are not. We are glad to quote inventory status of any item. Just call 800 488 6347. In the past we have been very good about having items in stock even up to Christmas. It is still wise to order early for your best chances of excellent service and selection.

 Payment options

We accept MasterCard, Visa or Discover.  If you would rather not provide your Credit Card information on line you may pay by phone or fax. If ordering by mail you may pay by credit card, check or money order. Orders by check are held till clear.  Credit cards are charged at the time of shipment except for custom orders and all orders over $950. On Custom order or orders over $950 we will charge 50% of the total cost before the work begins and the balance at shipment.

Foreign Orders

We cannot accept checks or money orders in currencies other than US dollars. (In this respect the US banking system is very much behind the rest of the world) Credit cards are the best method of payment. It is easy for us and the customer gets the best possible exchange rate. If credit card payment is not an option we can take bank drafts or money orders payable in US Dollars. Taxes and tariffs may be due upon receipt. Each country has it's own rules. Taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of you, the recipient.

Delivery time

Most orders are shipped within a day order and payment. If their will be a delay you will be notified. If you need the jewelry for an occassion we will do our bests to finish them for you or let you know if it is not possible. Designs from jewelers in Scotland are kept in stock as far as possible but there are sometimes delays if we run out of a particular item. Items produced in our own shop in rose gold, white gold, platinum or golds other than 14K may take up to 2 to 3 weeks.

 Standard insured shipping in the US is $7.40.  For the Continental US Second day Federal Express is $23.50,  Call for overnight. Express services to Alaska and Hawaii is expensive by Federal Express. For those destinations we recommend Standard Shipping or Express Mail by the US Post Office.

Foreign orders are most economically shipped through the post office,  Canada by insured post is $20 -$35. Most other countries are $35 for small jewelry packages.  Please call for FEDX shipping costs of foreign orders.Taxes and tariffs may need to be paid as well and are the responsibility of the customer

The correct size is the smallest size you can comfortably get on and off your finger. We make most of the rings here so it is no problem to make half or quarter sizes.  Rings can be sized or exchanged for correct size if needed. FREE SIZING WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PURCHASE, with no charge for standard shipping on the first exchange. After the first exchange or for express shipping your only charge within the 90 days would be for shipping, unless the size it is being exchanged for crosses a price range.  If the size is in a different price range you will either be refunded or charged the difference.

 We mail first class every weekday morning the requests from the previous day received prior to closing. Most U.S. addresses are delivered within a week. Color catalogs are free.
