On standard inventory items you may return items in new condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price not including shipping. You may return a ring for one free sizing for 90 days. Custom rings are eligible for the one free sizing for 90 days.
Custom orders and standard items that have been modified/customized are not returnable or exchangeable. Items that have been engraved are considered custom and therefor not returnable. If an item has been customized by another party or is otherwise not in "like new" condition it is not returnable or exchangeable.
