We try to ship all orders within 48 hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST.
If there will be a delay we will contact you. Some of our items are made to order and can take 1-2 weeks to create.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Our standard shipping option is USPS Priority. If your order qualifies for free shipping your order will be shipped via USPS Priority unless you upgrade to USPS Express or FedEx Shipping (for the stated price). Orders that are received before 3pm and are in stock will ship the same day. Domestically this usually takes 3-5 days from the date that this item is shipped. Some items may require signature upon receipt. Once your item has shipped there may be delays in transit that are outside of our control especially during high demand shipping times (primarily November to December).
If you are wondering where your package is in transit we recommend tracking it on the USPS website. You can also file a help request or missing package form from that website. If you have difficulty doing so please reach out and we can assist you.
If ordered before noon FedEx ships same day if your items are in stock. After 12:01 ships the next business day. Due to our rural location there is no later FedEx pickup available and NO Saturday pick up.
Selecting FedEx 2Day shipping does not guarantee your item will arrive in 2 days as processing your order may take additional time due to customization or out of stock items.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Our standard shipping is Post Office Priority Mail within the USA. It is $10.00 for orders under $100 and Free Standard Domestic Shipping on orders over $100. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the shipping options are, where you can choose 2 Day FedEx or USPS Priority or USPS Express.
International shipping to Canada is listed at $40 and Standard International shipping is not free regardless of purchase amount.
**At this time we are only shipping within the US and Canada due to shipping issues.**
Ordering internationally may incur import taxes or fees. These are taxes assessed and collected by the country the item is shipped to. The buyer is responsible for paying any taxes and fees. Walker Metalsmiths in no way controls or receives these funds and you will not be reimbursed for them.
If an item is not in stock and goes on back order we will notify you by email or phone what the expected timeline to receive your order will be and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you decide to.
