Our Commitment to You

Walker Metalsmiths guarantees all new jewelry created in our studio for one year from date of purchase. Repairs covered under our warranty within the year from date of purchase will be provided by a Walker Metalsmiths trained jeweler without any additional charge to the customer. Repairs not covered by this guarantee or repairs needed after one year from date of purchase may carry an additional cost to the customer. Any repair cost will be agreed upon before repairs are performed.

Side or halo stones in rings lost due to defect
Checking and tightening prongs
Cleaning or polishing due to normal wear
Repair to chains or bales damaged due to normal wear
Defects due to manufacture

✗ What's Not Covered

Damage during excess physical activity (sports, construction, gardening, etc.)
Exposure to caustic chemicals or chlorinated pools
Damage to center stones (chips, discoloration, scratches)
Any damage resulting from abusive wear
Accidental loss of jewelry

⚠️ Important Notice

Any repair made to Walker Metalsmiths jewelry by another jeweler at the request of the customer voids this guarantee and any expense associated with said repair is the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend insuring your fine jewelry through a verified insurance agent. Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects and normal wear, but insurance protects against loss, theft, and accidental damage.

How do I send my jewelry in for repair?

Contact us at (800) 488-6347 or service@walkermetalsmiths.com before mailing. We'll provide shipping instructions and a tracking number.

What if my jewelry needs repair after the one-year guarantee?

We continue to service all Walker Metalsmiths jewelry for life. After one year, there may be a nominal fee depending on the repair needed. We'll provide a quote before proceeding.

Do you resize rings?

Yes! We offer ring resizing services. The first resize within one year is free for rings purchased from us. Contact us for pricing on subsequent resizes or resizing of rings not purchased from Walker Metalsmiths.
