Pictish Key Pattern Cuff Bracelet in Sterling Silver
Key patterns are the angular counterpart to Celtic knotwork. Where knotwork flows in curves, a key pattern turns at sharp right angles, building angular, straight-sided spirals into what has long been described as a maze or labyrinth design. The Picts carved them into the stone monuments of northeast Scotland between the 3rd and 10th centuries, on the same slabs that carry their ringed crosses and symbols. Cast in solid sterling silver with the pattern recessed and darkened, the geometry stays legible at arm's length: a bold, architectural piece suited to everyday wear.
MATERIALS & CRAFTSMANSHIP
Handcrafted in sterling silver at Walker Metalsmiths in Andover, NY. Original design by craftsman Sydney. Approximately 15mm (9/16 inch) wide and 3mm thick, with an open back that slips on at the wrist. Available in Small, Medium, and Large.

1-year craftsmanship warranty on all Walker Metalsmiths jewelry. Within the first year, we cover manufacturing defects, prong checks, polishing, chain repairs, and normal-wear fixes at no charge.
After the first year, we still service every piece we've ever made; a small fee may apply depending on the repair. All work is done by our own jewelers in Andover, NY.
Not covered: damage from chemicals, chlorine, high-impact use, abusive wear, center-stone damage, or accidental loss.
Store pieces in a clean, dry, closed location (jewelry box, bag, or pouch) to slow tarnishing and prevent scratches.
For sterling silver, lightly wipe with a polishing cloth like the Sunshine Polishing Cloth. For gold, use jewelry-cleaning solutions following manufacturer instructions.
Remove jewelry before swimming, sports, gardening, or using household chemicals. Apply lotions and perfumes before putting jewelry on, not after.
