Father's Knot Pendant or Key Ring in Sterling Silver
Stephen Walker created this original design after a soon-to-be father walked into the shop searching for a symbol of fatherhood—a symbol that didn't yet exist in Celtic tradition. The result weaves three meanings into one form: an eternity knot at the center representing the unending bond between parent and child, an acorn silhouette for strength and potential, and a subtle heart tracing through the continuous path. With your mind's eye, you'll find more meaning that speaks to you personally—that mystery is at the heart of Celtic design.
MATERIALS & CRAFTSMANSHIP
Handcrafted in sterling silver at Walker Metalsmiths in Andover, NY. Available in two sizes—Small (1⅛" × 13/16") and Large (1½" × 1")—and as a pendant or key ring, both in Bright or Brush Polish finish. Available with custom engraving. We ship within 48 hours on business days from our Andover, NY workshop. USPS Priority (3-7 business days) is standard; FedEx and USPS Express upgrades available at checkout. Personalized items take 1-3 extra days; some made-to-order pieces take 1-3 weeks.
International shipping to Canada is $48. Other international orders are not eligible for free shipping.
30-day returns on unworn items in new condition. Customer pays return shipping. Exception: special and personalized orders are not refundable.
Exchanges: we cover domestic First Class shipping back to you on your first exchange. Exchanges ship once your return is received.
Free ring sizing within 90 days of purchase (first sizing; not available on sale or discontinued rings).
1-year craftsmanship warranty on all Walker Metalsmiths jewelry. Within the first year, we cover manufacturing defects, prong checks, polishing, chain repairs, and normal-wear fixes at no charge.
After the first year, we still service every piece we've ever made; a small fee may apply depending on the repair. All work is done by our own jewelers in Andover, NY.
Not covered: damage from chemicals, chlorine, high-impact use, abusive wear, center-stone damage, or accidental loss.
Store pieces in a clean, dry, closed location (jewelry box, bag, or pouch) to slow tarnishing and prevent scratches.
For sterling silver, lightly wipe with a polishing cloth like the Sunshine Polishing Cloth. For gold, use jewelry-cleaning solutions following manufacturer instructions.
Remove jewelry before swimming, sports, gardening, or using household chemicals. Apply lotions and perfumes before putting jewelry on, not after.
