The Josephine’s knot is a traditional lover’s knot, named for Napoleon’s beloved Josephine, its continuously intertwining strands a symbol of eternal love. This tapered band becomes a meaningful celebration of the bonds between mother and child, the open knotwork face cradling 1 to 9 simulated birthstones, each representing a member of your family, woven into the structure of the knot itself.

Handcrafted in 14K gold at Walker Metalsmiths in Andover, NY. Original designs by Stephen Walker. Available in Yellow, Rose, or White Gold. Choose 1–9 simulated birthstones; genuine stones are available upon request. Please view the photos to see stone placement for each configuration. If you have a preferred stone order, number each month as shown; otherwise, our jeweler will arrange them for the best result.
