SYMBOLISM & MEANING
Three layers of symbolism make this piece deeply meaningful: The abstract form shows a mother cradling her child, representing protective love and nurturing care. The trinity knot (triquetra) symbolizes the Holy Trinity or the three generations of women—child, mother, and grandmother. The infinity knot passes through both figures, representing the never-ending and unconditional love between mother and child.

Handcrafted in 14K gold at Walker Metalsmiths in Andover, NY. This original design was created by our craftsman Lyndsay B. as a companion to the popular Father's Knot. Each pendant is cast from a master model hand-pierced from sterling silver sheet, then finished in your choice of precious metal.
