Silver Facing Dogs Band
This ring features a pair of interwoven dogs clearly focused on each other, face to face across the band. Their bodies weave together in Celtic zoomorphic interlace, while each tail is independently interwoven and terminates in a trinity knot - a detail that gives each dog its own symbolic signature within the design. The open composition invites the kind of reading John Urban built into his work: two figures, fully present to one another, their expressions reaching toward past, present, and future.
