Manánn Ring in Sterling Silver
Named for the legendary "Son of the Sea," Manannán Mac Lir, whose domain was the ocean and whose name lives on in the Isle of Man, this ring carries its meaning in two ways: a continuous Celtic knotwork band runs through a recessed channel along the lower edge, while the top profile rises in an asymmetric wave, one side higher than the other, shaped by the fluid style of Manx Celtic designer Archibald Knox. An original design by Stephen Walker, with a comfort fit interior for everyday wear.
MATERIALS & CRAFTSMANSHIP
Handcrafted in sterling silver at Walker Metalsmiths in Andover, NY. The knotwork channel features antiquing for contrast.
