St. Patrick Medal
Saint Patrick's use of the shamrock as an illustration of the Holy Trinity is remembered in this two-sided silver medal. Just under an inch in diameter, the front shows Patrick with his bishop's crozier alongside a harp, another enduring symbol of Ireland. The reverse features a Celtic cross decorated with three trinity knots and an endless knot on the shaft. The shamrock shape of the medal itself completes the tribute to Ireland's patron saint.
MATERIALS & CRAFTSMANSHIP
Handcrafted in .925 sterling silver at Walker Metalsmiths in Andover, NY. The artwork is a collaboration between Walker Metalsmiths and Jack Brown, who carved the original model in deer antler. Cast using the lost wax method and hand finished in our studio. A meaningful gift for St. Patrick's Day, confirmations, or honoring Irish heritage.
Chain options available (shown on medium rolo chain)
